ChainGPT, an AI-powered Web3 infrastructure, has announced a US$1 million grant program for artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology innovation.

The initiative, announced Monday, will provide selected startups with access to ChainGPT’s suite of blockchain tools, including application programming interfaces (APIs) and software development kits (SDKs), to facilitate development and scalability.

The grant program comes amid growing interest in combining AI with blockchain, as highlighted by Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin’s recent comments on the potential synergies between the two technologies.

ChainGPT said in its press release that it aims to address the challenges of integrating AI’s centralized nature with the decentralized ethos of blockchain and Web3.

ChainGPT’s grant program is part of its broader mission to enhance the blockchain space with AI-powered solutions. Startups can apply for grants up to US$50 thousand, with a total of US$1 million in grants to be distributed.

The program has already attracted applications, with early grant recipients including Kryptomon, GT Protocol, Cookie3, and AITECH.
