Bitcoin’s PUPS led all non-fungible token (NFT) collections in sales on Thursday after raking in more than US$8.17 million, according to CryptoSlam data.
The BRC-20 NFTs becomes the first collection of the month to record more daily sales than “Uncategorized Ordinals,” a group of digital assets that represent Bitcoin Ordinals that don’t belong to a specific collection.

PUPS also says: “We are the first not first memecoin on Bitcoin.”
The collection intends to convert from BRC-20 to Runes at Bitcoin’s quadrennial halving expected next week, according to Decrypt.
Bitcoin Runes utilizes a UTXO (Unspent Transaction Output) protocol, where transactions start by using unspent fragments of Bitcoin—similar to digital spare change—to generate new transactions.
Bitcoin collections dominated the top three, with NodeMonkes and NODE BRC-20 NFTs trailing PUPS. Each collection topped US$2 million and US$1 million, respectively.
Right behind, Mad Lads on the Solana platform, experiencing a 46% increase to US$1.04 million.
At fifth, Ethereum-based Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) recorded a sales volume of US$780,478.87, a 0.46% uptick, with a similar rise in transaction count.
