New York artist takes work to new heights in partnering with crypto payment service

New York-based artist Brian Donnelly, also known as KAWS, is launching his latest project in Britain, “KAWS:HOLIDAY UNITED KINGDOM,” featuring a 42-meter tall hot-air balloon that people can pay cryptocurrency to take rides in.

• Crypto and fiat payment processor FTX Pay has partnered with Hong Kong production company AllRightsReserved to be the official payment partner of KAWS:HOLIDAY.
• AllRightsReserved Project Manager Lammy Tsui tells Forkast.News that she believes behavior is changing in the art world, and welcomes a “great opportunity for us to make an experience out of it.”
• KAWS:HOLIDAY exhibitions have previously been held in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea.
