The maker of the catchy children’s song and dance video of Pinkfong Baby Shark is launching NFTs (non-fungible tokens) of its globally beloved characters with upgraded design and music.

- SmartStudy, a South Korean educational entertainment company and the creator of the Pinkfong Baby Shark, announced a partnership with MakersPlace, a digital art marketplace. The NFT series named “Baby Shark: Collection No.1” is due to go on sale on Dec. 2. NFT collectors and fans can take a sneak-peek of the digital artwork on MakersPlace now.
- The hologram-themed NFT artwork combines the original Baby Shark characters with dream-like aesthetics and remixed earworm melodies with a touch of electronica. - SmartStudy’s Pinkfong Baby Shark Dance video on YouTube holds the title for the most watched video on the website, with 9.6 billion views. Pinkfong videos in total garnered more than 43.9 billion views on YouTube. The song is also the only children’s single to be diamond certified by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
