Scott Purcell

Scott Purcell is the Las Vegas-based founder and CEO of Fortress Trust, a company that builds API-driven financial, regulatory and e-payments infrastructure for Web3. Prior to that, he founded Prime Trust, a company that provides financial infrastructure for fintech and digital asset industries. Scott is a thought leader who has spoken in front of the U.S. Congress and the Federal Communications Commission. Other companies he has founded include Banq, FundAmerica and Epoch Networks. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in entrepreneurship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.
