Kullarat Phongsathaporn is a partner at the global law firm Baker McKenzie’s Bangkok office, specializing in fintech, payments, blockchain and digital assets. In 2019, she was named by the Financial Times as a Top 10 Legal Innovator for the Asia-Pacific region. She holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, where she was a Fulbright Scholar and won two Dean’s Scholar Prizes, and an LL.B. from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, where she graduated first in her class and won the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence.
