Izzat-Begum Rajan is the founder and CEO of Imani Partners, which specializes in advising companies operating on-chain. Previously she was Head of Tax at Koinly, a crypto tax accounting platform and a tax partner at Ernst & Young. She holds a master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation from Pantheon-Assas University in France and an LL.M. in Law of International Finance from the University of London. She is also currently a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Bourgogne, where her research is focusing on crypto assets and the taxation of utility tokens.
