Edan Yago is one of the first five contributors at Sovryn, a decentralized layer-2 Bitcoin trading, lending and asset management platform. Growing up in apartheid South Africa informed Edan's outlook on the importance of personal liberties and freedoms. Prior to Sovryn, Edan founded and served as the CEO of CementDAO and Epiphyte Corporation, a developer of enterprise software for banks to integrate with the crypto industry. Edan studied philosophy and history of science at Tel Aviv University and earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
