The world of crypto and blockchain emerged from two sectors that have been long dominated by men – finance and technology. According to a Deloitte report, women accounted for only 5% of CEO positions within financial services positions in 2021.
Gender stereotyping and a lack of role models are still holding many women and girls back from considering blockchain as a career path, but efforts to change that are gathering pace. We’ll be taking a look at that in this episode of The Daily Forkast.
