Terra Luna founder Do Kwon has been arrested by Montenegrin authorities months after South Korean authorities first issued an arrest warrant for him.

Bitcoin is sitting comfortably above the US$28,000 mark and Ripple saw a big jump over the past week amidst speculation that a decision for the SEC/XRP court case could be reached by the presiding judge in the coming days.
