Jan Stockhausen

Jan Stockhausen is the chief legal architect at Etherisc, a decentralized insurance protocol, where he helps the team navigate the legal and regulatory frameworks revolving around blockchain technology. Following his legal studies at the University of Giessen and the London School of Economics, Jan obtained his bar qualification and went on to managerial positions within the financial services industry in Europe, Asia and Latin America. In 2012, Jan embarked upon his journey as a serial entrepreneur with a focus on businesses at the intersection of finance, law and technology. Jan also oversees Etherisc Impact B.V., the entity in the Etherisc ecosystem dedicated to such areas as sustainable development and inclusive insurance.
