Crypto trading platform CrossTower has partnered with Ripple to add non-fungible tokens (NFTs) minted on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) to its marketplace.

  • The partnership will significantly lower the costs and entry barrier for creators who want to mint their projects on the blockchain, CrossTower said in a statement.  
  • CrossTower has already attracted projects like Antara and David Bowie World on its marketplace and has a pipeline of inaugural projects on XRPL, the crypto trading platform said.
  • The marketplace enables developers to quickly onboard NFT projects by giving them access to infrastructure including wallets, payments and liquidity support, CrossTower said. 
  • Fans can purchase NFTs through credit cards and receive the assets through integrated wallets on the XRP Ledger, according to the press release.
