Meanwhile, Montenegro prosecutors charge Terra founder Do Kwon for allegedly attempting to travel with forged documents. His arrest and prosecution comes almost a year after the collapse of Terra Luna.
Elsewhere, the European Union becomes the first major jurisdiction to pass cryptocurrency laws as lawmakers approve the passage of Markets in Cryptoassets law, also known as MiCA.
