Winston Hsiao is the chief revenue officer and a co-founder of XREX, a regulated fintech company and crypto exchange based in Taiwan. Winston is also an angel investor in a number of start-ups in Asia. In 2013, he founded Taiwan’s first Bitcoin exchange, BTCEx-TW. He is also the founder and CEO of Verico International, a company that designs, develops and manufactures memory hardware, such as flash USB drives. Winston divides his time between Taipei and India, where he grew up.
