Charlie Martin is the head of operations at Gro, a protocol for decentralized finance. Prior to Gro, he worked as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group and had a number of operations roles at fintech startups, including Monzo, a neobank. Charlie has also worked as an attorney for Freshfields. He graduated from the University of Oxford with a law degree.
