Dr. Axel Schumacher is the CEO and a co-founder of HLTH.network, a base layer protocol for global health data. He has over 30 years’ experience in the field of genetics, personalized medicine, aging and longevity, with a track record as scientist, inventor and business manager in academic, clinical and pharmaceutical environments across Europe and North America. Axel is the author of the “Blockchain & Healthcare Strategy Guide” and is also a member of the Blockchain Research Institute, a think tank in Toronto. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Genetics from the University of Cologne/Germany.
