Elizabeth Tan

Elizabeth Tan is the Singapore-based head of Impact and Sustainability for Enjinstarter, a blockchain-based crowdfunding platform for crypto startups. She is also the founder of Intent Capital Group, a financial services firm focusing on alternative assets in areas such as impact investing, development financing and green funds, and the founder and managing partner of Intent Fund, an investor in the Web3 space. Elizabeth previously founded Sight to Sky, a non-profit organization that brings eye care to communities in remote parts of the world. She graduated with B.A. (Hon) in history from the National University of Singapore, was a Li Ka Shing Scholar in the Masters in Public Administration program from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, and completed the Entrepreneurial Masters Programme at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Elizabeth has won an ASEAN Women’s Entrepreneurship Network Award and has been recognized as a Prestige Singapore magazine’s “40 under 40.”
