Crypto trading platform ZB.com, which halted withdrawals on Tuesday citing maintenance, may have been hacked to the tune of US$4.8 million, blockchain analytics firm PeckShield said on Wednesday.

- According to PeckShield, hackers drained 21 different tokens from ZB.com, including USDT, USDC, AAVE, SHIB, and APE.
- On Aug. 2, ZB.com halted deposits and withdrawals “due to the sudden failure of some core applications.”
- The exchange also warned customers against depositing funds on the platform until recovery.
- ZB.com is the latest victim in a series of exploits, which saw cross-chain bridge Nomad losing US$200 million on Tuesday while a Solana exploit on Wednesday affected over 7,700 wallets on the network.
